The Sam Ash in Hollywood, CA (telephone number 323 654-4922) has a gold sparkle fretless SR 5 with a... black pearloid PG (I forgot so I'm not sure if this is right), hardshell case included. A quick inspection found the thing to be almost flawless ("almost" because I probably overlooked something). Plays great and is strung with EB Super Slinkies, I believe. I would've taken a picture, but I didn't bring my camera with me.
