I'll be enjoying my own house which is quite open all year long..
looks like i'll live through my birthday without seeing slo, or getting a bass, or any presents at all really. on the otherhand, I've got a roof over my head, a car that works, and i just paid the tuition for my wife to go to school.
which is why i'm not at slo right now...
oh well, someone bring me something

Well its a sunny day in Canberra Australia..... I think I am going lay all my bass gear out and put a sign out the front of my house....offering an openhouse on my gear!!
I am really thinking dang it tom you could have been there. I am also thinking tom family and their needs are more important than any bass produced ever.
I envy those that are there but not really. I but for me could be there.
I am praying everyone has a blast and gets home safe when it is finished.
It will then have been what BP offerred.

It's pouring-ass down raining here in Louisiana. Makes me REALLY wish I was in SLO!
I'm spending friday in the house learning songs all night, but the payoff is gunta be good. Goin to Russia in 3 weeks... then France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and some other places in November.
Got a gig tomorrow also.
Yeah - I wish I was there though anyhowz. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be at NAMM this year though, so I'm sure I'll meet some of the guys then.

He's a complete idiot that nobody can talk to for more than 3 minutes, but he's the only guy who's authorized by Fender and a bunch of other companies in Bklyn. Everyone says he's the best. We'll see, I guess. $80 deposit, no clue what the final damage is going to be. Keeping the fingers crossed.
For the tour I get whatever I want - I aksed for a GK head with a 15 and 4X10s. After playing a bunch of amps the other day I'm starting to think I should probably get more specific than that.
