For those of you staying at the Sands

You all may know this, but in case you don't,

I talked to the desk guy at the Sands yesterday about shuttle/taxi from the airport. He said that they don't have a shuttle, but that they use:

805-543-1234

and that the hotel will pay for it if you tell the cab driver. He said that sometimes the cab drivers 'pretend' that guests of the Sands have to pay anyway, but just tell them you have a reservation and the Sands covers it.

Victrola, that's pretty much what they told me. They did also day that from the hotel to the airport (return trip) was not on the hotel.
