Ok I'm a bass player, so I didnt run out and buy a MM for my first guitar.... I got the OLP. Well It got shipped to me and there is some big fret buzz on EAD strings all the way up to the 11th fret and sometimes some on 12-15 (mainly E). Anyways, how do I judge my trussrod/action adjustments?

On bass you put your elbow on the end of A and fret the first fret (makes a strait line on neck. then you see if you can roughly fit a creditcard between the string and the board around the 8th fret.... well how do youdo it on the guitar?

Fretbuzz is terrible on low E then gets slightly better as it goes down the strings but its still there, i'm thinking truss rod.

Thanks alot.
Michael
