To Aussie Mark - truly one of the good guys.

I raised my glass last night to Ernie, and tonight, I'm proud to raise it to you.

Happy birthday, Mark.

Jack

Thanks Jack! Friday is a holiday here, so we're heading for the hills to a place called Bogor, south of Jakarta. Bogor boasts the biggest botanical garden in Asia, which should be pretty cool to see. The hotel we're staying at is right on a golf course, so hopefully I can convince the missus to come for a walk in the fresh air while I spray the countryside with erratic fire. Plus we can laze in the pool, have a massage, and drink beer and stuff.

I'm 44 today, which is a very lucky number for the Chinese, since 4+4=8. For some reason 8 is a number that rawks for them.

HBD Brave Sir Mark of the Upsidedowners!!

Happy Birthday Mark, a little early for me to raise a glass, I'll be sure to do that later. :)

*Ahem* We Chinese do dig 8, because pronounciation of the number sounds very similar to the pronounciation of the word for sudden, great fortune...

...but perhaps you could google to find out what the number 4 means?

After your birthday, of course. Cheers to you today.
