do it... it comes in handy... when I used play waterpolo i injured my shoulder so I learnt to do heaps of things lefty...makes playing pool heaps easier as well.... didn't help me play bass left handed though.... so really my post has been largely pointless for anything...
 
If it were right handed I might want that. but alas I have a fretless in the works.
