Very recently, my strings have started to buzz when fretting at #1,2 or 3. Which way to turn the truss rod adjuster? I have a JP 6 string.

This is one of those things that is either awfully simple or simply awful. If you are buzzing and the bridge is not to low, we say your neck is to tight. Looking from the bridge to the headstock you will want to adjust the wheel counter clockwise. (Lefty Lucy Righty Tighty young padawon) A more detailed description can be found in this cool FAQ
