So Ive owned this one twice now. Andrew and I recently struck up a deal and this came my way, but its time to try some new cabs, so I gotta part with this.

Heres the full rundown: 2004 Limited Edition Ernie Ball MusicMan StingRay 4.

Specs: Envy Green finish, black painted headstock with gold logo. Abalone pickguard, and abalone tipped knobs. This bass also has a Limited Edition neckplate. 3 band eq, maple board. Weighs right at 10 pounds.

Condition: The Ray is in good condition. The only wear includes a small belt scratch on the back, that doesnt even go through the clearcoat. There is also a small crease in the finish, under the clearcoat. It is small and is by the lower horn on the front. Couldnt get it to show up in pics, and you almost have to look for it to see it, when the light is shining on it. These flaws are minimal and were only listed for full discloure.

Comes with a beat up, but fully functional MusicMan case.

Just setup by Jon S at Ernie Ball. It plays AMAZING. Sounds great also. Not too many of these pop up on the used market.

$900 packed, shipped, and insured to the Cont US only. OBO. No trades.

If I didn't have a single H Bongo on the way...

Hope this stays in the family. (it'll help me increase the odds of picking it up later on.):D

Well Tom the only downside to that is, if BP wanted this bass, he could get one made up just for him. Must be nice.:D

Yes but BP being the good guy we all know might just rather buy yours than keep Dudley on overtime.

I can second this.

This was the best sounding/playing 4 string I have ever owned.

If it had one more string, I wouldn't have let her go.

Someone needs to snatch this up. It'll make you never want to buy another bass again.

I would entertain trades for cabs too. Bergantino, Aguilar, etc. No budget brands, lol.

My only quirk, I either need two 8 ohm cabs or one 4 ohm cab. The SVT is 4 or 2 ohms, so a single 8 ohm cab wont do me any good.

Travis, when you check out cabs, don't leave out
the 410HLF. I just picked one up, heavy but OMG,
perfect match for an SR5 and CL IMO. 4-ohm but
that's it, it stands alone, no other cab required.

Ken, theres no doubt Im going to check those out.

Im an hour and fifteen south of Atlanta. The gf and I are headed up there tomorrow so I can try all the cabs I want to. You know shes a good one, when shes actually excited to go gear shopping with me. I dont mean fake excited either. She loves it.

And PS. Looks like the Ray is sold.
