Hey Psycho Ward

Hey thanks!

Those 4 bids are mine, so 900.00 bucks didn't meet the reserve. The guy emailed me and said it was new in the box with a full warranty, but I’ve got a Bongo 4 coming, I don’t know if I’ll bid again or not, but there’s no waiting and that is very tempting! :D

I appreciate the heads up my friend!
Thanks!

haha when I was doing my e-Bay rounds this morning I saw the same thing for you psycho ward, oh well, Travis beat me to it.

PS. Someone buy that radiance red, its making me ansey, and I have no money.

I WON!!! :D

Fall off the wagon one night, bid, and get lucky... YES!!!

Of course there will be the required pictures once it arrives, but MAN I'm going to have 3 EBMM's in one year! SR5, SR4 (ButterCream no less) and a lefty Bongo!!!

If I don't post anymore it will be because I'm dead, a real chance because I'm never this lucky.

Wooo @%&*! Hooo :D :D :D

I'd check with BP about the validity of the warranty on that one since the dealer who listed that bass on eBay violated the dealer agreement by selling it at that price.

The guy emailed me and said it was new in the box with a full warranty,

Didn't say it in the auction one way or another but apparently he told Psycho it was via email....snake in the grass skirting around his dealer agreement.

I asked before I bid if it had any scratches of dents and they emailed back and said that it was new in the box with a full warranty. You guys are making me nervous, have I screwed up? I haven’t paid yet, what should I do?

I think you're fine but I'd keep that email from the guy in case you do have any warranty issues and maybe PM Big Poppa to double check but I don't think BP would hold it against the consumer just because the dealer you bought it from is in violation of his dealer agreement.

The last thing I would ever do is screw EBMM in any way, I don't care what kind of deal I supposedly got. If this is not on the up and up I want no part of it. I’ll turn the bastards in to eBay and who ever else. I wouldn’t care if it was used as long as it was in mint condition (for the price I bid) and they SAID so, but they said it was new in the box, all I want is the truth. I will not pay till they come clean on what is going on, screw negative feedback. To me a mint lefty ButterCream SR4 is worth a grand, but I will not take part in anything underhanded!

Gentlemen I appreciate your advice on this and I’ll check in tomorrow. I’m beat, had a lousy gig tonight and I’m going to bed. I have to admit this deal pisses me and I hope I can gain the friggin truth!

Thanks, guys, see ya tomorrow (later on today).

I don't mean to pee on your parade..sorry...you got a great deal..it's totally not on you bro...enjoy! More pics please but can I see something in a light blue Depends sans socks for this one???

:p

Yeah, I wouldn't worry on your end. It's a great deal, and I would think that BP wouldn't hold it against you if the dealer pulled a fast-one on you.

BTW, I've just checked the dealer's eBay feedback, and his only negative is from an eBay'r who not only is no longer registered, but left with a -1 to his name.

And, the negative feedback he left was about slow delivery (or some such thing), that the dealer was able to respond to.

Enjoy your new bass!

I agree with Steve but you, sir, got one hell of a deal and should get that bass ASAP and enjoy it!
Ditto that - and a rare opportunity for instant satisfaction!
