How about this for a Bongo...

So I was thinking about how I wish I could switch between a HS and a HH with out switching Bongos. So why dont' they just make a coil tap switch for at least the front pickup. I think that would make a great mod for a bongo.

Yeah, I thought that coil taps for both pickups would be great, but I think my brain would explode at the number of options it would present. So, it's probably best.

With judicious use of the EQ, I haven't found many sounds in my head that I haven't been able to get with the bass, anyway.

I am looking forward to comparing the two setups, though...
