There are 2 or 3 dealers on the board, maybe more. PeteDubaldo is the main guy on the guitar side, and SteveDudeBarr on the bass side, I've gathered. I've met Pete, he's a really cool guy.
I don't think individuals can order directly from EBMM.

Hi there Herector.

To buy a new Ernie Ball MM you have to purchase through your dealer.

You may have seen some reference made in threads along the lines of Hey ------
when are you expecting my new guitar in and when am I gonna get it?
- that's because we have some EB dealers here on the forum.

You may also see reference made to people buying second hand guitars. Well that's not really the purpose of this forum but forum members who actively participate on the forum will sometimes advertise their guitars for sale wishing to see their guitar "stay in the family."

I don't know where you are but you can find your EB dealer from the main EB website or give EB customer service a call (their number again is on the main web site)

Speaking from personal experience, you can't go wrong ordering through Pete Dubaldo. This is no surprise to regulars on these forums, as he's a well respected EBMM dealer.

I just bought my Silhouette Special through him & it was truly a hassle-free process. Send him a PM with what you're looking for & he'll hook you up.

Just to clarify Herector - Where are you located? - you can add that to your user ID

The forum members mentioned are great to deal with, another one is bassplyr (Doug), and I can add my personal voucher for PeteDubaldo, but they are US based and can only deal new merchandise in the US. If your outside the US you'll have to check with the musicman site or call / e-mail customer service for the dealer nearest you

I just ordered my JP7 fully loaded in pearl Redburst from Basscentral.com!!! they gave me a great deal!!, unfortunately the guitar is´nt arriving till september 1st, it seem no dealer had that model with all the options and in that color in stock. The good thing is that is coming with the new pickup. It´s going to be a long, long wait hahahaha

well, less than 4 weeks is nothing to wait!! most people have to wait 7 months!!

no, really, Steve's a great guy to buy from -- he's Steve "Dude" Barr on the forum, or you can ask Bovinehost (Jack)...but like mhorse said, those guys are more the Music Man bass guys. Pete DuBaldo's the main Music Man guitar dealer on the forum.
