I found a super easy fix from a comment on here and applied it to more stable way where it works all the time! It's as simple as finding anything to block the piezo volume knob down in place. First plug the guitar in and instantly secure the piezo knob in place. Once it's constantly held down in place the guitar works again! I used a guitar pick sharpener I had laying around and now it's working perfect without any audio cutting out 
I'm so glad I figured this out after 2+ years of not being able to use my majesty 
just in time for my birthday too
