I did a terrible thing to my Bongo

So, you finally grew up, eh? ;P

Flats on a Bongo is one of life's true treasures. Of course, so are rounds. But, they each have their magic to them. I also like different styles of beer, whisk(e)y, and tequila, too. :D

Well, MattOfSweden gave them to me, so I can blame him:)
But yep, what a punchy combo, Bongo and flats, once again the Bongo almost scares me.
Now, if you could go get my other bongo for me, I'd have one with flats and one with rounds, deal?

I've had flats on both of my Bongos at one time or another. I've switched them out but they do sound pretty good.

I have one of the original '03 Boingos, which I bought new,
and as soon as I got it home, before I played even 1 more
note on it, it got flatified ... with a set of flats about 5 years
older than the Boingo [which I removed from an FL so there
were no fret dents in the strings].

Choose well when choosing flats, cuz they last for years !

no but flats on a PDN Big Al is a sweet combo, but I'm a old school flats guy, so what do I know.
