I drilled large holes in my JP6 . . .

Both. Looks cool and when the straplocks are flush the strap sits better than it does if the straplocks are just screwed on.

Anyway, it only requires drilling a giant 3/8" hole an inch or so deep in the guitar. :D

Nice work... I should've used the flush mounted ones. I'd be chicken to drill the holes though. ;)

I have seen these straplocks before...They look WAY better than those that stick out etc. Kudos to WD for having the Balls(pun intended) to make his guitar more his own. Like Tommy says, it's just wood and wires.

You can't really improve them, but you can make them more your own . . . Even if it is for the worse . . .

Those flush straplocks look great WD. Maybe EBMM should consider fitting these as standard on all their guitars...after all not many of us on here trust standard strap pins and upgrade straight away... :o

Dude, I was thinking the exact samething, but then they would be in bed with one company. by keeping the standard ones, they guitar appeals to all. If you put something like this on, they you segragate the populas (not everybody may like them).

I'd like to see these though, I do think they are cool.

WD, does the strap buckle/attachment rub against the body at all???
