I had a dream...

Last night i dreamt that i went into a bicycle shop, i had a look around and then purchased an (what i think is) Olive green Bongo. I bought a hard case for it as well. When i got it home, i realised it was a five string bongo so took it back and explained to the cycle shop person that i wanted a 4 string. they changed the order but then said "You get better performance from a 5 string, why not try one?" i agreed and they told me it would be 55 days before it would be delivered. The guys next to me in the shop where talking to the manager about signing up for their mountain bike race team.

WTF is all that about? Am i losing it? Is the dream saying "Move out from the house you've just bought with your girlfriend and buy a bongo and also buy a bike"?

I'm confused!!

Anyway, just thought i'd share that with you all....

OK Matt, so you've undoubtedly been thinking about Bongos - hence appearance in your dream.

I usually find that something/one I see or talk about during the day features in my dream that night. Did you see/do anything or talk to anyone with bikes?

Weird thing is, I was at the Physio last night for my back & on the waiting room coffee table were......................

Cycling magazines.......

My girlfriend & I aslo discussed me using my bike more often.......

Perhaps you had my dream! That means I need a Bongo, prophecy fulfilled!

You're a sick puppy ;)

.

That's not sick.

I once had a dream where I went into a pub and Tony Levin was behind the bar. Then I looked around and everyone else in the bar looked like Tony Levin.

Then I realised why, felt out of place, and went to a different pub.

I was thinking of Bongos actually but am not sure where the bike bit came from.

It might mean, sell the house, buy a bike, strap bongo to my back and ride around the world. I mean, i'd have nowhere to live so i may aswell travel and spread the "word".

I haven't told the girlfriend cos she would definatley think i am losing it.

Do you think MM may be releasing a Bongo bike? Designed by BMW or something?? i might have had a premonition. i say "Watch this space"....

Hey, it's not just ya girl, mate, we all think you've lost it!

Bleeech!!! That sounds terrible! :p Now THAT would cause me to have bad dreams.

How about some good whiskey on the rocks! Scotch, bourbon, Irish, Canadian - any good whiskey.

The only good whisky has no "e" in it. :)

I guess I've never had any then. ;)

In case anyone doesn't know what we're talking about, I'm just being guilty of a bit of cultural elitism :)

(the Scottish "whisky" is spelt without the "e")

You want to try a Cheeky Vimto...it's like rocket fuel..

 Sounds like the sort of thing you'd find at the student union. What is it?

Drinking Guinness also gives you nightmares the next morning.

The sort you have when you are sat on the toilet and realise that you only have half a toilet roll left. Why do you think there are so many Irish working in road building? - They bring their own tar mac!

Ouch!

it's Port and a bottle of Blue WKD mixed. Tastes just like Vimto but puts you on your back unlike Vimto!

Doh. Tried it already...
