Hi. i dont know if this forums works for Sterling By Music Man.

I want to buy a SBMM JP100D. but i wanted to know if the tremolo has the same routing that the EBMM JP has.. and if it is the same, where can i buy a John Petrucci Tremolo?.. i would like to buy the Sterling but i would like to make it some upgrades.. thank you..

Music Man does not sell parts separately, so unfortunately you can't buy the JP tremelo on it's own.

What if someone has a problem with the trem? or he lose some of the parts? how can he replace the parts on the EBMM Jp models? or any other models..
im not saying that the Sterling Trem is bad.. because im sure it is not. but its not like the EBMM trem. is like the differences between the OFR and the Floyd Rose Special. They look the same.. but the materials are different..

If i cannot buy a JP Trem.. what other options do i have to upgrade to a better trem?..

The policy is not to sell separate parts - that's why you don't see EB "Bitza" guitars around - like you have with Fenders.
If a component is at fault - like a neck they will usually caveat being with their agreement, to replace it if you send your old one in.
If you want a switch or a new Piezo saddle that's a different story and they will supply them without you having to send the old one to them.
A whole bridge - probably not.

Anyway i think its a great guitar..
i can stick with the SBMM without make any change.. the JP100D already comes with the Liquidfire and Crunchlab and thats is amazing. and after a while i can upgrade to an EBMM..

The JP trem is one of the very best designs I've ever used. Most of my balls use the EBMM vintage style trem which is great, but I'd give my right arm to be able to swap them for the JP system. But then I guess I wouldn't be able to use the trem or even play the guitar

Well nothing is imposible i've seen ppl playing with thier feet in Youtube xD..
and yes.. i tryed the JP6 in GC and they are amazing.. i dont like much the Floyd rose.. because im constantly detuning the guitar with my right hand. and thats quite annoying..
