I just found a tone I am insanely in love with.

I have a SUB, and a practice amp, so I dont have all that much tone to play around with, but last night, I found a tone setting that I love.

I have the treble maxed on the SUB preamp, and the bass is a little above flat, and on the amp, the bass is kinda high, the low mids are boosted, high mids are a little above flat, and the treble is slightly below flat.

I generally dont like my amp's tone, but right now, I am really excited.

Im really confused, your bass eq seems to contradict your amp eq, with the boosting/cutting of the treble.

Why?

So why not just.. put one or both of them at the middle ground instead of having them cancel each other out?
