i need some improv practice.

i just started learning theory last week, and i know have somewhat of an idea on how to improv. the thing is i would like some drums to improve with. does anyone have some really good drums tracks for guitar pro that they could send me so that i can start with the jams? im looking for maybe alternative or metal type stuff. but really anything will do. thanks a lot.

Just realized that the Korg ToneWorks PX4B Pandora Personal Multi-effects Processor for Bass might work for you. It is relatively inexpensive and has lots of features. I have one and I love it as a practice tool. Lots of bang for the bucks.

I don't know where you can find just drum tracks for Guitar Pro, but you could download some Guitar Pro files for songs in the genre you want (or some of your favorite songs), and just eliminate all of the tracks except the drums.
