The pot is loose and I have no idea how to fix it. I've taken the string off and tried to get the whole mid section out in order to get to the screw that need tightening, but it won't seem to budge. Is there anything else you must do than to unscrew the screw from underneath? The solution is so close, yet so far away. Thanks!
