Hi,

New here, but had to take a minute to say how impressed I am with my Sterling 4 (fretted) with the piezo bridge! Great, fast neck and comfy fingerboard radius! I've also got several USA Hamer basses that I really like, but only a Musicman will do the "Musicman" punch--definately able to take out gall-stones at 20 paces :)

The piezo I've found, sounds great during direct recording. I blend just a little bit in with the magnectics and it adds a nice resonance (especially when using a thinner pick, of all things!)

Who all else likes their piezo?

Best Wishes

You got it. I use 'th piezo almost all the time, either full on or 50/50 blend . Does'nt really sound 'acoustic' to me, but it shure reproduces a great ' natural' sound. I luv it.
