dureing the middle of sets, i have to get out the philps head and screw the thing back down, its very anoying..

if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it on their own, can they please tell me how they did this.

Try a little Loc-tite...the purple serviceable kind...do not use the really hard stuff. I think its number 222

Loc-tite (not sure of the spelling) is as the name implies a thread locker. However there are some that do not freeze the nut or bolt that it is put on(seviceable) I am sure they have a website. The stuff I have used at work is their number 222. I hope this helps.
