believe what you hear, that 4 Band EQ is a GODSEND! plugged it into the amp and i am absolutly AMAZED at how much tonal variety i can get. I'll post a bigger review once i log some more XP with it

Absolutely stunning bass!

Every time I see the Desert Gold Bongos, I wonder if I made a mistake ordering my fretless in white. :eek: Oh, well--I'll have to get a single humbucker Bongo, eventually, right?

Is that the Moonstone pickguard? Looks very cool. Can you take a close up pic of the pickguard--I still haven't seen one up close, and I'm trying to decide if I want one for my Sapphire Black Bongo....

Enjoy your new Bongo. My 5 string fretted has taken all of the attention away from my other basses. So, of course, I had to order a second one immediately. :cool:

You'll dig the piezos--I never liked too many of the piezos I've tried over the years, but the Bongo with the 4 band just has too many amazing sounds. Enjoy finding them.

Here's one that I find myself using a lot:

If you're looking for a good PBass sound, try soloing the neck pickup with the piezo blend knob at about 65% mag/35% piezo, and then set the high mids at about 70%, the low mids at 30%, and the bass at 75%.
