I can't tell what the upper(inner) of two mid controls on my Bongo 5HH is doing. The lower(Outer) is very pronounced however I can not detect any change in the tone when adjusting the upper(inner) control.

What is the centre frequency of this control?

Can someone tell me what they hear when changing it plus and minus.

There are times when I can't tell any difference and then there are times that I can.

I don't know the answer, but I'm familiar with the question.

I think it depends on strings, type of amp and room acoustics, but I could be just making that up.

Thanks, but I know which controls are which. It's just I can't hear any effect from the high-mid and I was asking what the centre frequencies of the two mid eqs are.

The OBP3 that I have in an SR5 is switchable between 400Hz and 800Hz. I can really hear what it's doing. The Bongo high-mid however seems to have no effect at all so I want to know over what frequency range it's working.
