I am so excited to finally say I'm a home owner! Now, to fill this house with balls and make it a home! ;)

Really though, I'm so excited to start the next chapter in my life with my wonderful fiancé and start a family! This home I feel, is the foundation for all good things to come! Here's to the future!

Your house doesn't exist without pictures..... Lol.

Buying a house for the first time is a wonderful experience and life milestone. Now be prepared for the reality that there is always something that needs to be done! ;)

COE - I'm very familiar with that term!!

Congratulations - however, remember, your family is what constitutes the home, the building is simply the very expensive, lol, lol, lol, dwelling of such.

That rings true for marriage as as well... Congrats Devin!

I've loved the experience of owning my own properties.
Have owned 2 in over 30 years of marriage.

In a few years I'll downsize. - it's a great day too when you make that last mortgage payment.

Enjoy it- it's a great experience and your very first property will leave a lasting impression.

Nice. Some of the best interest rates in a generation or 2. Be careful to have some savings for the unexpected. I remember reading last year that at that time 25% of mortgages in US were under water, and lots of folks walked away. So im not sure about an earlier comment about no money down the drain like renting.
Best to you and family on the new digs.
