Hello!
I am new into Musicman.
I live in Sweden so i haven´t played a Musicman Jpm.
Does anyone have a pricelist on how much the guitars/options costs in US?
Is there any online stores where i can buy musicman?
How long is the waiting if i should order a guitar?
Does the factory have a stock?

Here is a picture on my Ibanez JPM collection. It really feels like i need a MM.

Hey Miro and welcome to the forum!
MusicMan has a well-developed International distribution system, so if you want a brand-new JP then you should contact your local dealer. There's a dealer locater on the MusicMan website. If you don't mind a used guitar then there's always Ebay and some used dealers.
I don't know how long the wait will be for Sweden but the wait here is about 4-6 months.
I'm not sure what you are asking with the last question. If you are asking if you can buy directly from the factory then no you can't.
I highly recommend the JPs. I've never tried the Ibanez JPM but Petrucci did switch, and the MMJP is an amazing guitar.

Hey Miro, good morning and welcome!

Awsome collection of Ibby's ya got there. I think a few JP's would look fantastic too!

You can find details of Ernie Ball distributors here:

http://www.ernieball.com/international-dealers/

If you scroll through, all the distributors are listed, and for Sweden it as follows:

EM Nordic Stensatravagen 3, 127 39
Skarholmen, Stockholm
P: +46 8 603 2300
F: +46 8 603 2390

If you get in touch with them, they will be able to point you to your nearest MusicMan dealer. Like anything, prices vary depending on what you want, availability and specs.
Musicman's factory does not hold stock, all guitars manufactured have been ordered by either a customer or a dealer to have as inventory. To get an idea of prices, just have a route around the internet, again, like everything in the world, prices can vary.

Again, a big HI! Have a great weekend!!

Thanks for the information.
I know about the Swedish distrubutor but when the USD rate is low i was thinking
of import a nice guitar. Or maybe take a short vaccation trip during spring to the states and maybe pick a guitar then.

The latter you can do. But US dealers aren't allowed to ship new instruments outside the country

This is almost spectacular collection :) Almost, because there is a lack of Music Man JP's here :)
Really great team you've got here but seriously you gotta get at least one EBMM JP!

Nice JPM collection you have there. I have an Ibanez JPM P3 and I think it is one of the best playing Ibanez guitars made. I also have an EBMM Petrucci and think it plays better. Plus - you don't have the headache of the double-locking tremolo. Definitely get an EBMM - you will not regret it.

A little off topic - I see you have an Ibanez 8 string in your photo. How difficult was it to get used to playing that?

Hi Miro..

Please get the EBMM JP Model.. The JP neck in musicman is a perfection of your JPM Ibanez neck.. You''ll like the Musicman neck for sure..

Off course beside getting a great guitar from musicman, you''ll get the best costumer service ever.. I never satisfied with Ibanez costumer service.. Especially since I have to wait (and still!!!) for my PGM replacement neck.. And how long has it been? Oh.. 1 year if I am not wrong..

I have a lot of PGM but at the end, the musicman really what my heart beating for.. lol..

Cheers.

Hello!

The 8 string is very easy to play. You get used to it in 3-4 days.
It actually has thinner neck than my petrucci guitars. It is very comfortebal to play.
But the low 8 string is somethimes useless unless your not playing Meshugga kind of riffs.
Its a cool instrument and with good pickups. You have alot of overtones in it and its not muddy on the low strings.
The quallity is very good. The colour is some kind of metallic/ flake black. It looks only black on photos but it is not.
