It's easy ...

1. Open up your paint/drawing software ...
   
2. Minimize that window ...
   
3. Maximize the screen you want to take a picture of ...
   
4. Hit the "Print Scr" key on your keyboard ...
   
5. Maximize your paint/drawing program ...
   
6. Open a new document ...
   
7. Select "Paste" ...

The picture is now in your grapics software and ready to be shrunk, cropped, saved ... and posted to the forum!

Which one is the "Print Scr" key? I have a protools keyboard and it doesn't have it listed.
