I've had my 15 for three days now and first let me say it's unbelievable. I am now noticing one issue whenever I touch the tremelo bar the low E goes out of tune either sharp or flat. The rest of the strings stay put. I've tried tuning it past E and back down and flat from E and tuning up with the same result. Any guess or remedy to this would be great. If not I'll contact CS on monday.

Dude... You're 15 mins from me.

Got some Nut Sauce? Try putting some on the low E where the nut is and in the nut itself. I do this every string change, and never have a problem with stability.

I won't speak for the mods- but you can always call customer service. Let me know if you have issues and we can get together

Yep I noticed we were close
I'm used to locking trems. I'll try lubing that string and see. This could be a bad tuning head could it?

Check and make sure the tremelo is level to the body. My ax was doing the same thing. It wasn't off much. Adjusted the tension screws till it was perfectly even and havent had a problem since.

Could be the tuning head. Have had the same problem back in the past with one of my JPs as well. Got a new tuning head and everything works like it should now.

I loosened the string and pulled it out of the nut slot. Stretched it by hand and then returned so far no more issue.

Sometimes a ball end doesn't seat quite right in the trem block. Sounds like that is what happened here. Glad it was an easy tweak.

Guys, what's a Nut Sauce?
I'm having a similar issue with tuning stability on my JP7 and I was wondering if this can work for me, hopefully.

Nut sauce is just a lube that is available at some guitar retailers. My local Luthier told me to just rub a little white bar hand soap in the nut slot and that's worked for me for years with no issue. Be careful using some lubes will get out and stain your fretboard on your maple board.

Thanks man, I will definitely try it out.

Nut sauce can help depending on the issue. However, I had a similar problem with my JP6 and no amount of cleaning/lubrication would fix it. I eventually took it apart and noticed a defect on the one bridge plate edge where it rests against the post. There was a very sharp gouge in the metal like a small chunk was missing (did not resemble normal wear at all, and this was a brand new guitar). Customer service replaced the bridge posts but only "polished up" the defect on the bridge plate. I was skeptical but it has been stable since.

Just throwing it out there to check the bridge post areas if nothing else seems to work. I've heard some people put just a hair of lubrication on the bridge posts too.
