JP6 BFR Pup position

Hi guys and girls

I am due to take delivery of a JP6 BFR ( non piezo ) in a few weeks.

I know pos 1 and 3 work the neck and bridge humbuckers but what is middle position as it says custom positioning on the descriptions I have seen. Sorry if this has already been covered.

Both p'ups in parallel. And with the tone pot pulled, just the inner coils in parallel.

He's non-piezo. It's coil 2 in parallel with coil 3 (the inner coils). Only the piezo models have the push-pull tone pot. All the wiring diagrams are together in a downloadable zip file from the JP6 page...

BFR with no piezo? I've thought that all BFRs come with piezo.

It appears not as mine has no piezo.

Some BFRs included were special runs of standard guitars, like the Black Sugar/Roasted Neck guitars, or the limited run of rosewood neck guitars. They are BFRs too but without the "tonewood cocktail" bodies.
