I have a second hand JP6 here at evaluation and I'm wondering, are the pickups supposed to have weak output?
I measured dc resistance at jack and it's only 5.2 KO for the bridge, 5.0 for the neck and 2.3 in between?
seems too low...just like the output...low and muddy.
As the guitar is second hand, the volume pot and the switch are pretty much worn out....could it be that they're causing trouble?
