I find that when I plug in a stereo cable into the stereo output it still cuts off my Piezo, is that normal and were you using a splitter box?I know you have a stereo amp, I was using the line 6 spider jam, it does have two inputs, one is aux. If I use the mono with a mono cable, or two mono cables they both work and even the stereo cable in the stereo output and a mono cable in the mono output thet both work. I'm just curious about the stereo cable in the stereo output alone, cutting off my Piezo! CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY GUITAR, just got yesterday. Thanks

Guitar is working fine. A stereo cable needs to be split or you'll just hear the magnetic s.

do i need a spliter box. i tried a y cable one stereo into two mono and there was no difference, it still cuts of the piezo

If you plug a mono cable into the upper input on the guitar, you should be able to mix the piezo with the magnetic pickups.

First off, make sure that the 9V battery is fresh and installed correctly.

There are a few options:
1) Use a stereo Y cable in the lower (stereo) jack.
2) Use a stereo cable in the lower (stereo) jack and run it to a splitter box.
3) Use a regular cable in both jacks and run them to separate amps
4) Use a regular cable in the top jack for piezo & magnetic signals sent to one amp
5) Use a regular cable in the lower jack for magnetic signal only.

If you don't get a piezo signal from the mono piezo jack (top jack) then give MusicMan Customer Service a call at 866-823-2255
