Just got my new JP6 -All rosewood neck

I'll post some pics later , pretty sweet looking guitar. Pearl white and Rosewood neck. Just did a quick setup and put on a set of 9's. I guess the factory strings were 10's , so I'll lower the saddles a bit too later. Cheers

I've been curious about a rosewood neck model for quite some time. Any distinct differences you're noticing over maple?

This guitar is really light. Not sure if because of the neck, but there is a difference from my maple jp6. At home I use a Line6 Amplify TT headphone system , so I can't really tell much on tone, I'll play it on my mesa on the weekend. Just sold my maple JP6 today ..... flawless from the factory too, another happy MM customer. cheers

Nice. I have a JP6 in Ice Blue with an all rosewood neck. The problem is that this neck is so nice to play that I wish my Silhouette also had an all rosewood neck; that said, I really need a separate silhouette with an all rosewood neck because the maple neck is amazing as well. Perhaps a LIII in HSS would be a good choice, if the Cutlass or Valentine wasn't on my G.A.S list.
