Yep, it's Desert Gold. The picture makes it look a little lighter than it really is. Thanks guys! I'm really enjoying playing it. The only other MM I've had was a Stingray back in 1980 for about 2 weeks. I sold it because it was just too big and bulky for me. This is NOTHING like that. This bass is....perfect.

Oh okay. I didn't see it in the Build An Instrument section for the Sterling, so I thought maybe the color wasn't available. Thanks for clearing that up.

The Sterling is the greatest bass ever. Fact, not opinion! Now you also have to get an HS model Sterling to feel totally complete. I have a HS and I foolishly but unremorsefully snagged a Trans Gold H Sterling on Ebay TODAY! My wife is going to kill me, but at least I'll be buried with two Sterlings....
