Just purchased my new Silhouette: No tools in the case?!

Hi, I have some great guitars, but I had to have a new Silhouette after I tried it at the store. When I got home and opened the envelope in the case, all I found were some stickers and cleaner. Is the guitar not supposed to come with some Allan keys etc. so I can make adjustments to the bridge?
 
congrats on your new silo, when i got my new Luke i got some polish and stickers too, i dont think tools are included with EBMM's.
 
Contact the store where you bought the guitar. If they have good customer service they should be able to hook you up. Now let's see some pics of that Silhouette!

It all happened so fast my head is still spinning. Here's how the story goes. Out of curiosity, I went to try a used guitar, realized it was the best guitar I'd ever played. (The orange one). Wanted a trem, heard that sourcing could be a problem and take a long time in my location (Ottawa, Canada) so immediately went to the store and and traded my very expensive Gibson in for the black beauty, which puts the Gibby to shame. In short, I'm hooked, and now I just want a SSS with a trem, then I'm good to go for life.

Thanks! I keep reading that it's not healthy to just have one Ball, but I'm sure that joke is getting stale in these forums.

Now comes the task of selling my other guitars, you know the ones that have "more mojo" but now feel quite horrible to play. ;)

I only wish the balls were a bit lighter, sonic cavities in the body would be a nice touch for louder and more resonant acoustics.
 
Congrats on getting your silo. No there are no tools supplied. It's only an allan key you need to fit the saddles anyway as the truss rod adjuster just needs a slim object inserted into one if it's holes.
They do make a "cavity guitar" The Reflex.
I also think it's the luck of the draw sometimes with weight - it just so happens that one of my Albert Lee guitars weighs a miserly 6 lb 1 oz - but hey as you were playing Gibbys, your new guitars must feel like feathers in comparison? lol

I don't think it's getting old.. at least... it's not for me.. And that last sentence can just go so many ways......
 
From my experience no tools come with any EBMM guitars except the Axis which comes with a 3mm allen/hex.
 
Unless your guitar has a double locking trem we don't send tools.
