hi all, ive just received a left/ handed buttercream stingray 5. it's a stunning guitar but it came in the standard case. is this normal because of the lefty???

Yes, EBMM did not make Lefthanded LE cases so what you got is normal.

Ohhh boo hoo!
You just got a brand new BC Stringray 5, a lefthanded one at that, and all you can do is cry about the case? I'd be happy they even made lefthanded instruments(let alone L.E.) as I'm sure they aren't making much if any money off of you lefties in the long run. Now excuse me while I go take a nap with my Limited Edition 2005 case. Ohhh its so soft. Just kidding guys.

I think Chuck is ok with the non-LE case...
It's the non-lefty 2006 LE's that's got his BVD's in a twist!

Yeah I made peace with the case thing, but the LE cases are beautiful. In fact I've contacted G&G about building me a coffin modeled after the EBMM LE cases. That's how I want to rest in peace, dead in a G&G case with my lefty Bongo, wearing only my Cowpilot thong.

Dont get me wrong,im so happy to have the bass.its just the case looks so nice together with the guitar.
