Here is a preview of one of the Limited Edition 2006 instruments. We are still debating which pickguard it will get... more on that next week. Meanwhile enjoy the glorious gold hardware and sleek black finish!

Damn that looks pretty cool. Cant wait to see that on a Silo, and with a nice PG. I guess Black PG would be the best for it to make all nice and black with Gold accents. So why arent the strings GOLD then lol!?!?

Yeah, I think you have to go with a gold metallic pickguard...

or (and don't laught at me here..) what about a black & gold tweed sorta thing for a pickguard? Ahh, it probably wouldn't work with that shiny gold plate beneath the 'Ray knobs... but it might look good on other models.

Looks like gold screws holding on the control plate, so that wouldn't be a problem.
