and it's driving me insane.

I never really thought about it until the end of last month, but my bass is about to get here... and it's finally sunk in.

Any advice on getting the bongo out of my mind until at least the end of the month?

Hm...good idea, :D

There's one at the local GC that's looking a little lonely. I've played it a few times and love the sound, but sadly I spent all my money on the bongo.

Well, not sadly. It's sad that I don't have enough for both.

It's not downtown. Maybe I'd better change my location to the "Greater Seattle area."

If you're willing to drive, the GC in Mukilteo (north of Seattle) on highway 99 has one. A good one too.

I'm in the same boat Max. I have about 1 month to go too, however I've been thinking about it for months. I've only owned one bass before I ordered my Stingray, bought in 1980! Can't wait.

That's like me and Federal Way (where??). Yup...

I know Southcenter and Tacoma still have theirs.
I got mine in Kirkland...only reason is because that place actually gave me what I wanted for a '73 Gibson guitar I had.
