Looking for Stingray B014512

So checking out Gav's awesome website that means you are looking for a '79 Ray in black with a maple board.

I'll keep a lookout, are there any features that were distinctive - like wear patterns, cig burns, etc?

Yeah Black with black guard, maple board 'ray.
The bass was in really good shape when I sold it in 1993. Very little finish checking. When I bought the bass you could tell the previous owner was a serious cigar smoker everytime you opened the case.

I sold it to Dan Lakin in trade for a Stingray 5 in 1993. I have always wanted that bass back, and today while moving stuff I found a slip with the serial number written down. I even kept the reciept from when I bought the bass.

I have a 1977 Stingray black with maple board that kicks serious ass, but I would give it up to get my 1979 bass back.

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS AT CONTACT ME!

I contacted Dan, and he had no info.....
I am curious where it went after Spokane to Chicago.

p.s. do not google just the serial number and look at any overseas links unless you are over 18!!! LMAO
