lowered action, fret buzz on 8th fret..

ok well i lowered my action and i seem to get fret buzz on the 8th fret only only string... does that mean i need to adjust the truss rod?? i back it off a little but still bzzing so i have put the action back to were it was for now witch is kinda high....lol...

any help would be greatfull thanks

That should work, but more important is to take the advice to walk in the shoes. . . .

Hmmm... I'm finding that I'm taller than I'd like to be when I walk in those shoes. Should I lower the soles or adjust the laces? When I adjust the laces, I find the shoes make a funny noise, but when I lower the the soles I find it's harder to walk smoothly...maybe I should take them in to the shop for a re-sole.
