I know the luke have 009 strings gauge..i play only ten on my guitars...i can put a 010 without problems ? i must modify my nut?

Using a 10-46 gauge set there should be no problem with the nut slots. You may want to re intonate the instument and adjust the truss rod after changing the strings because of the floating tremelo and increased tension.
