Majesty jack issue

The acoustic side of ny jack stopped working when full plugged in, now it only works when cable is pulled halfway out. Should I just get a new jack or am I missing something? Thanks

Hi Greegc,
Double check to make sure you're not in stereo mode. If you hold down the Piezo knob until the little LED on the battery box blinks just once that will put you into mono mode. If you're still having issues, feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected]
