Majesty "Sahara Burst Flame" ???

Recently came across a Majesty 6 in Sahara Burst Flame... never heard of this finish... is it a 2018 BFR? A one-off for a special event?

It's listed as the same price as the koa, but without the binding and with chrome hardware. Pretty much looks like the Claro Walnut but with a different shield. The maple shield is absolutely stunning with a tobacco-burst fade around the edges which gives it depth unlike other finishes.

I was originally window shopping for a koa to match my JP6 koa, but man, this thing is even more gorgeous IMHO. Just looking for some additional info on this bad boy.

So, you're saying it hasn't actually been announced officially yet? I came across it on the website for a shop about 4 hours from my house. Always looking for a reason to make a trip out there. It's shown as in stock, but I wonder if it's actually just pre-order.

eBay #173226455907 is a similar situation. Beautiful guitar! The blurriness on the BFR page made me think it would be a little more red.

You’re right! That other one is stunning! Also shot on a darker background, which makes it appear more red.

Pretty sure Pete’s is a picture of the NAMM prototype used to show the dealers. The SW and NStuff are both available for sale.

Correct. Aside from the fully glossed sparkle models the prototype Majesty guitars shown last year had a matte finish. We were told that the production models would have a gloss front and matte back like the Monarchy series.
