Im interested to know if there are any plans for a maple fingerboard bongo in the future, Thanks

As phattDuck said, first go multi-multi-platinum. Then maybe you've got a chance. :p

Franky - Great point... And I know snappy... I do snappy...

I love snappy - but that be too much snappy! :)

We did make one in the prototype stage, and it was FUGLY  Just didn't look right

It's kind of interesting to see all the questions on config already thoroughly researched by EB. Good work is much appreciated.

Do you still have the prototype around? I think we'd all like to see a picture.

Andrew

You guys are gonna cringe, but as a matter of fact, it was cut up just last week.

I'm guessing that it was considered ugly and Sterling didn't want it out there, making people say, "Look at that ugly thing."

I mean, I'm with you guys, I would love to see photos of all the Bongo Oddities (wasn't there a guitar?), but hey, we take what we can get and we've been thrown some pretty nice crumbs lately, right?

Having said that....Jon? Can we have some more crumbs?

When the Bongo was in the design phase, I am sure they thought of EVERYTHING. I know that a lot of different woods were tried etc. and the best of all those combinations is what the Bongo is now

A Bongo guitar??

Thanks to you Jack, Lord Bongo, if thats really your name; my head is spinning.
