Maple neck 'emulation'

Does anybody know how can I get the maple neck sound with my rosewood neck bass? I know it sounds silly but...
Should I put full treble+boost?

I'm guessing just a slight boost in treble. Some people can't hear a difference between the two, so the difference can't be that significant.
