Nice! I'm trying to get our bass player into a Sterling so this is really handy to keep an eye out for a well priced one.

right now its only got US cities as options... click the "more cities" link to get the whole list. by default it searches the "main" craigslist sites.

ill add all the international cities soon. for now i just wanted to see if it worked
 
Sweet. Toronto would be handy ;) But there's more selection in the US, so that's really more useful.

sweet! im just glad its helpful. the whole thing only took about an hour to do. i should make it better like save search terms etc in your cookie so it does what you want by default etc.
 
I would at least make it so you can select all the extra cities easily... if you are going to buy something by the mail, do you really care what city it is in? Also kill the "nothing found" lines.

Well I usually bill 150$ hour for my time... He can do what he wants with my advice.
 
I have one of my Super Sports up for trade on Atlanta's craigslist. This has been the most interesting response: You got to love the south. P.S. I am a southerner so I thought cool!!!

Would you be interested in a possible trade? I have the following to offer - Acoustic and electric guitars (Gibson, Fender, Framus, Martin,Takamine,etc.), amps (Sunn, Fender, Orange, etc.), various effect pedals (Boss, DOD, Digitech, etc.) I also have a 2 man 10'2'' Bass Buster boat w/matching trailer in very good condition, a 14' Jon Boat, hunting and fishing items (collectible and new), two pistols, (Ruger .22 Magnum and H&R Sportsman .22 LR), and one rifle, (Springfield Armory .22 /.410 /.45 Survival Rifle)., pocket knives (Old and New Case XX, etc.)hand tools , chain saws (Stihl and Poulan) , and various antiques and collectibles if you would be interested. the reason i didnt let people select all the cities easily is cuz the thing would get super slow. i agree, nobody cares about the city w/ mailorder stuff but i would care if my host site got super slow and unusable... as far as the future of this lil project goes: id rather add stuff to the tool than take features away from happy users.

ps: i charge more ;)

oh no worries pops. im used to it.

but really, i totally appreciate all feature requests. do keep in mind that i threw that page together in an hour. the UI sucks, its not too feature rich and there's no personilization. but in time ill add a bit here and a bit there. my new job is keeping me busy as hell so i cant promise ill get stuff done too fast but if an idea is dope ill definately make sure to do it asap
