We just want some help, assistance, suggestions etc as to why it is , what it is and what can be done about it. Don't be coy, we still love you and your guitars

Guys,

Thanks for being patient. We would welcome you to call us as are only authorized service center is here at the factory.

Since the silent circuit is somewhat complicated we would prefer to solve the problem one on one rather then try and fix over the forum. Once we find out what's going on we can post.
