Hello Ernie Baller'z am new in the forum , I am thinking on getting a Steve Morse model in Morse blue with floyd rose, but i have couple questions:

1.I've seen the Morse model is not floating buti notice that in the Perihellion DVD (Excelent by the way) he has the hole to move it backward and upwards, is this an option to add? heres a pic:

2.is there there any posibility to make it 24 frets?

You can't get it floating from the factory but you can try and get someone to route the guitar to make it floating, but i'm not sure.
 
Both of the answers are, unfortunately, no. Although Steve's personals tremolo equipped guitars are routed. (by someone)
