Must resist....

This is going to sound funny coming from me, but why resist??? :p

I'm not a huge fan of the natural finish on the Axis, but that one is B-U-T-full!!!!
I especially love how the maple top splits in a sort of V-shape!

That's a fine Axis, and the guy sounds like he totally loves his guitars. I second the notion "why resist?" If this was US based, I'd be mighty tempted. But then again, did you expect someone, anyone, to say, "Oh yes, you should resist?" Heh.

Jimmy - that is one hell of a guitar!
With the Piezo you'll have all the tone you need.

Now this is just a thought. Yesterday I had a day looking around some guitar shops in Cardiff. I noticed that F3nd3r guitars have a knob (both in plastic and chrome) that has a central section that pushes in - it's hardly noticeable.

Would it be possible to fit such a chrome knob to a guitar like this to split the coils?

By doing so you could easily revert the guitar back to it's original configuration.

Hi Spud

One of the things that's holding me back (although I have put a bid on so far:rolleyes: ) Is that I've already got an Axis Sport with HH. It's got the 5-way switch which does split the coils, so you can get some pretty nice clean sounds.

I need more money!!!
:D

I'm gonna have to really try out an Axis one day.

That will be a "tone monster" - it's a great flame top too.

Good luck !
