MVP Volume Pedal: Volume never goes to 0%

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced issues with their volume pedal not going to 0% volume when the pedal is in heel down position. I've only had my MVP pedal for a year, and this just started happening. Also, to clarify, I'm trying the MVP on its own, no other pedals in my chain. Has anyone had this issue and/or found a way to fix it?

Welcome to the forum Charlie. Sounds like the potentiometer is not in its fully counter clockwise position when the pedal is toe down. These two videos should help.
