My first 5 string!

My EBMM Stingray 5. I bought it used for a pretty good deal.

Now we'll see if I can learn to play it.

One 5-string tip: Having the low B string lets you play parts further up the neck on the lower (fatter) strings - which gives you a different sound, and also quick access to higher notes on the upper strings. Have fun.

You should have no trouble...I didn't and I've got small hands.

You might find it helps to think of it as a 4 string with a little something extra.

+1 on the revoicing of parts...that's darned useful.

Good looking bass and it should soon make you a non four stinger. That B string is killer on the SR5 me thinks.
