Hi All,

I finally joined the EBMM owners club, and I must say this guitar has blown me away! Plays like a dream, and so gorgeous! I couldn't resist. I've owned my share of quality guitars over the decades, but I love this guitar! Not to shabby for my first EBMM. :)

Nice background idea. Enjoy the new axe and a really good way to start your EBMM relationship.

So all the jp's dont come with the mother of pearl dots?
Which do and which don't

The optional JP shield inlays are pearl. If the guitar is ordered with dot inlays they will be white/cream with rosewood fretboard and black on the maple fretboard.

Nobody heard about the AL pdn ? I really cant wait to see one. There is a bfr pdn 2014 but, to my taste, the "regular" pdn aore much better looking! I so hope mine will come in this color, not too dark! Congats for your guitar and cool pool-picture!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Pics by the pool seemed like the natural thing to do. :D

Aside from the gorgeous finish with the roasted maple neck, the design of the neck and fretboard looking and feeling like one solid piece of maple is stunning! I understand how it is made, but I have a really hard time seeing where it was glued back together. It's wonderful looking/playing. Truly, I've never played anything like it. This axe has a really cool growl to it sound wise too.

I don't think anyone will object to a few more pics. Right? ;)

Another beauty. The pain of having to wait for mine continues! It'll probably the last one off of the line knowing my luck!

It is worth the wait. The finish is amazing and if you went with the maple, it feels and sounds great.
